By booking any service with Lamplighter Coaching, you agree to the terms outlined in our policy. Sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Coaching is designed for personal growth and is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. All clients are encouraged to take responsibility for their own process and engage in self-care throughout their journey. Payment is due before the session, and we offer flexible pricing based on financial need.
